John de Mowbray, 3rd Baron Mowbray (November 29, 1310 - October 4, 1361) was the son of John de Mowbray, 2nd Baron Mowbray. He was born on 29 Nov 1310 at Hovingham, Yorks. He died on 4 Oct 1361 at York, Yorkshire.
De Mowbray was reportedly in Edward III's good graces, being present in France for the sieges of Nantes and Aguillon.
The 3rd Baron was present at the Battle of Durham.
John de Mowbray married Joan of Lancaster, daughter of Henry, 3rd Earl of Lancaster.
John and Joan had one son: John de Mowbray, 4th Baron Mowbray, who succeeded his father to the barony.
